We currently offer free shipping on ALL orders to everywhere in the US. Every item, unless otherwise stated, is shipped directly from the store that is selling it.
All of our packages have tracking, so we'll send you tracking updates on your packages via email & push notifications (if you have the Thryft app & have logged in + enabled notifications).
If you are worried about your package status, please feel free to send us a support request, and we will find out anything we can. If you do not receive your item(s) within 30 days of when you placed your order, we will send you a full refund on the item(s) in your order.
